Cosmic Bastion Turtle

This Hideout was edited and tweaked from the original Elemental Floating Turtle that I had previously uploaded to include some of the new MTX items from the Necropolis League, as well as a few additions to plants and petals, some increased grass in areas, a few  more lamps for increased lighting where I thought would be good.

I also removed a few lighting effects as they wouldn't mix well with the new map device that I placed as the center piece, I also added in more NPC's in the area to slightly increase the liveliness, you can find them mostly in and around the forge but they are also along the outside wall with the main litany of NPC placements such as Einar, Lilly Roth, and Helena.

I have also added in the Necropolis chest so that it is available within the hideout, and tweaked some of the positions of various items and decorations throughout the hideout so that it feels a bit more cohesive and doesn't get in its own way.

I appreciate everyone who downloads the hideout and comments, and I look forward for churning out some new stuff in the future with some different hideout formats
